Multiquip C3358214320 Wiring Harness Engine Non Engine - OEM Replacement Part

This wiring harness provides critical electrical connections between the engine control system and generator components on super silent generator models. It integrates engine monitoring circuits for oil pressure, water temperature, charging voltage, fuel level, DEF level, generator load, and engine speed (tachometer) with the ECU 670 Gauge Unit Assembly. The harness also routes power to circuit protection systems including the 3-pole 600 amp main circuit breaker, dual 20 amp GFCI breakers, and three 50 amp load circuit breakers that protect the generator from overload conditions.

During normal operation, this harness enables monitoring of critical parameters: oil pressure readings between 57-100 psi, charging voltage minimum of 26 VDC, and generator load rates above 20% for maintaining sufficient exhaust temperature. Failure symptoms include loss of gauge function, intermittent electrical faults, or inability to monitor engine parameters through the control panel.
