Multiquip EM14301 Cam Bushing - OEM Replacement Part for Concrete Pumps

The cam bushing is a critical alignment component in the crankshaft assembly of Multiquip C30HD series concrete pumps, ensuring proper positioning and smooth operation of the cam weldment during pumping cycles. This precision-machined bushing slides onto the crankshaft and sits between the bearing spacer and cam weldment, maintaining critical alignment between the bushing, cam, and crankshaft during high-load concrete pumping operations.

During crankshaft assembly installation, this bushing is installed onto the cam weldment piece and slid down the crankshaft until it makes contact with the bearing spacer. The crankshaft key and cam key are then installed on the cam bushing to lock the assembly in position. The three Allen head bolts on the cam weldment must be tightened while applying pressure on the bushings toward the bearing spacer to ensure proper seating and alignment. Correct installation of the bearing assembly, including this cam bushing, is essential for preventing premature wear and maintaining pump efficiency in the wet, gritty conditions typical of concrete pumping operations.
