This precision-machined bushing is a critical wear component in the crankshaft and cam assembly of Multiquip C30HD series concrete pumps. The bushing interfaces between the cam welded piece and the crankshaft, requiring proper installation with contact against the bearing spacer to ensure correct pump operation and prevent premature failure of the drive system.

During crankshaft maintenance procedures, this bushing must be installed on the cam weldment and slid onto the crankshaft until it makes full contact with the bearing spacer.
