The cup bearing is a critical load-bearing component in the crankshaft and cam assembly of C30HD concrete pumps, pressed into the bearing block to ensure smooth rotation and alignment of the crankshaft during pumping operations. This precision-machined bearing cup must be evenly aligned on both sides of the bearing block during installation to prevent premature wear and operational failure.

According to Multiquip maintenance procedures, the cup bearing is installed using a hydraulic press with the bearing block (N/P EM14303). Proper alignment is essential—the bearing cup must be pressed uniformly to maintain equal positioning on both sides of the bearing block.
