Multiquip EM513102 Hose Flex (Sold by Foot) - OEM Replacement Part for Concrete Pumps

This flexible hose is sold by the foot and serves as the critical concrete delivery line for Multiquip concrete pumps, connecting pump output to your pour location. Proper hose length is essential for maintaining adequate line back-pressure during operation—insufficient hose (such as only 50 feet with wet mix) can cause the cam roller to ride improperly on the cam profile, leading to operational issues.

When installing this hose using Snap-Joint couplings with gaskets, keep hose ends clean after each job for optimal performance and job setup. Apply a thin coat of grease on the rubber gasket or dip both coupling and gasket in water before connecting to make installation easier. Clean couplings and gaskets thoroughly after every use to maintain proper sealing and prevent premature wear.

This flexible hose is designed for horizontal concrete pumping applications. For vertical pumping operations, steel pipe is strongly recommended for both safety and convenience.
