The control panel assembly serves as the central command interface for Denyo-branded super silent generators, housing critical monitoring instruments and control systems required for safe generator operation. This OEM control panel integrates the frequency meter (Hz), AC ammeter, AC voltmeter, ammeter and voltmeter change-over switches, hour check button, voltage regulator, 3-pole 500-amp main circuit breaker, panel light with switch, and control board connections. The panel works in conjunction with the separate operating panel that houses the ECU-845 controller and ECU-670 gauge unit assembly.

This control panel assembly connects to the generator wiring system through multiple CN connectors (CN6-CN11) and interfaces with voltage change-over boards for 240V and 480V configurations. When measuring insulation resistance during maintenance procedures, technicians must disconnect CN6 and CN9 connectors as specified in the wiring diagrams. The panel enables real-time monitoring of generator output across all three legs and provides manual control of the main circuit breaker for safe load connection and disconnection.
