This generator wire harness is the complete electrical wiring assembly for the brushless AC generator system in Denyo-manufactured Multiquip super silent generators. The harness integrates all connections between the main generator windings, exciter field and armature windings, automatic voltage regulator (AVR), current transformers (CT 1-5 rated at 400:5A), voltage regulator rheostat, and ammeter change-over switch for both 240V and 480V voltage configurations. Each cable passes through the current transformers twice as specified in the factory wiring diagrams.

The wire harness uses color-coded conductors ranging from 1.25mm² to 100mm² gauge, with factory connectors sized for the generator's power output. This is a critical component that enables the open-delta AVR design to provide unlimited excitation current for maximum motor-starting capability and maintains frequency variation to ±0.25% under load.
