Multiquip Y0602044310 CCV Heater Harness - OEM Replacement Part

This harness provides electrical connections for the crankcase ventilation (CCV) heater system on Multiquip DCA25SSIU4F series super silent generators. The CCV heater harness integrates with the generator's 120 VAC auxiliary power system, which also supports optional engine block heaters and battery chargers through dedicated receptacles mounted on the output terminal panel assembly.

The wiring system uses properly gauged conductors (14AWG and 16AWG specifications) to handle the heating element loads while maintaining safe operation. The harness connects through NEMA 5-15 and 5-20R receptacles (15A and 20A rated) as part of the generator's cold weather operation package. This system allows external 120 VAC input power to be supplied for preheating functions without running the generator, extending equipment life in cold climate applications.
