Three measurements find your clutch: the shaft hole, the size across and the belt. Pick what you know below and the list narrows as you go.

Step 1
Shaft hole
Measure the hole, or the engine shaft it slides onto. 3/4" is 19 mm, 1" is 25.4 mm.

Size across
Measure straight across the widest part of the old clutch, edge to edge.
Step 3
Belt size and number of belts
Count the grooves on the clutch: one or two. Then measure across the top of your belt, or across the top of one groove.
