Factory Warranty, Nationwide Service

Every new machine and genuine OEM part we sell is covered by the full

manufacturer's factory warranty - the same coverage you would receive buying

from any authorized dealer, because that is exactly what we are.

How service works: Multiquip, Wacker Neuson, and Bartell each maintain a

nationwide network of factory-authorized service centers. When your machine

needs warranty work, it is handled by a certified technician near you - not

shipped across the country and back. Wherever the job site is, the service

network is already there. We will help you locate the nearest authorized

center and stay involved until your claim is resolved.

That structure is deliberate. Your machine ships factory-direct to your door,

and its warranty service stays local to you. You get dealer-direct pricing

without giving up hometown service.

Coverage at a glance

Multiquip

  • New equipment: covered per Multiquip's published warranty schedule for the product line, beginning at delivery (coverage windows run up to 18 months from Multiquip delivery).
  • Genuine spare parts: 90 days from delivery. Electrical parts (controllers, transmitters, solenoids): 30 days. Generator alternators: up to 2 years depending on assembly type.
  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of the failure date - contact us right away and we will get it moving.

Wacker Neuson

  • New equipment: coverage per Wacker Neuson's warranty schedule for the model line - select models carry extended coverage (RTLx-SC trench rollers up to 5 years; zero-emission batteries 100% parts and labor for the first 36 months).
  • Genuine spare parts: 6 months from sale, or the remainder of the machine's standard warranty, whichever is greater.
  • Warranty repairs are performed by authorized Wacker Neuson distributors using genuine Wacker Neuson parts.

Bartell

  • Coverage details are being finalized with Bartell; contact us and we will confirm the current factory coverage for your machine before you buy.

What warranty does not cover (all brands)

  • Normal wear and consumables: belts, filters, fluids, hoses, blades, pans, tires, tracks (pro-rated where the manufacturer allows).
  • Damage from improper operation, neglected maintenance, unapproved parts or fluids, or modifications.
  • Cosmetic wear: fading, oxidation, corrosion, chips and scratches.
  • Transit damage. This is important: freight damage is a carrier claim, not a warranty claim, under every manufacturer's policy. INSPECT YOUR MACHINE BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. If anything looks damaged or missing, note it on the delivery receipt (BOL) before you sign - then call us the same day. A clean signature makes damage claims very difficult to win. We put this in bold because it is the single thing that protects you most.

Filing a claim

  1. Contact us first: admin@cce-industries.com - tell us the model, serial number, and what happened. Photos help.
  2. We confirm coverage, connect you with the nearest factory-authorized service center, and help complete the manufacturer's claim paperwork.
  3. The service center performs the repair with genuine OEM parts; the manufacturer covers it per their policy.

We are with you through the whole process - warranty support is part of what

you bought.
