Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To start a return, contact us at admin@cce-industries.com with your order number. Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items: Special-order parts, electrical components, and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect part, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not the result of our error.
