Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via UPS and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Some orders may qualify for free shipping as noted at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Transit times vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Drop-Shipped Items
Some parts ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. These items may have separate transit times and tracking. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. Some oversized or hazardous items may have shipping restrictions or surcharges, which will be noted at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at admin@cce-industries.com with photos of the damage and packaging. For lost shipments, we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Reshipment costs for returned packages due to address errors are the buyer's responsibility.
