Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Shipping and delivery

Parts ship from the manufacturer's warehouse, usually within 1-2 business

days. Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout, based on your order.

Machines ship factory-direct via freight carrier. Processing before

shipment is typically 1-5 business days depending on the manufacturer;

transit adds 3-7 business days for most of the country. We send tracking as

soon as the factory releases it.

Freight deliveries (machines and oversized items) arrive by truck. The

carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. A few things to know up front:

  • Someone must be present to receive and sign.
  • Liftgate service or residential delivery may carry a carrier surcharge - if your delivery needs it and it was not included, we will quote it before the machine ships, never surprise-bill it after.
  • Remote and extended-service areas can carry additional carrier fees; same rule - quoted first.

The Delivery Inspection - read this before your machine arrives

Freight damage is a CARRIER claim, not a warranty claim, under every

manufacturer's policy. The delivery receipt (BOL) you sign is the whole

ballgame:

  1. Inspect before you sign. Walk around the machine/crate. Look for punctures, crush marks, bent components, fluid leaks, missing pieces.
  2. Write any damage on the delivery receipt before signing - even "possible concealed damage, packaging dented" protects you.
  3. Photograph anything questionable while the driver is present.
  4. Call or email us the same day. We file the carrier claim and manage it - but a clean signature with no notes makes damage nearly impossible to claim for anyone.
  5. Refusing delivery of an obviously damaged machine is acceptable - note the reason on the BOL and contact us immediately.

Concealed damage discovered after delivery must be reported within 5

business days with photos - claims get weaker every day after delivery, so

sooner is better.

Returns

Parts - unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging may be returned

within 30 days of delivery. Contact us for a return authorization before

shipping anything back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility;

refunds are issued to the original payment method once the manufacturer or

our team receives and inspects the part. Manufacturer restocking fees are

passed through at cost where they apply (typically 15%).

Electrical parts and special-order items are not returnable once shipped

(industry standard - electrical components cannot be verified unused).

Machines - because machines ship factory-direct and freight both ways is

substantial, machine orders are cancelable at no charge any time BEFORE the

factory ships. After shipment, returns of non-defective machines are

accepted only by arrangement and carry round-trip freight plus any

manufacturer restocking fee. Defects are handled under warranty (see our

Warranty Policy); transit damage is handled as a carrier claim per the

inspection process above - neither is treated as a "return."

Deposits (orders above the card threshold): fully refundable until the

factory ships your machine.

Cancellations

Order not shipped yet? Full refund, no questions. Email or call with your

order number.

Oversized parts

Oversized parts. Some larger parts, like drums, tracks, frames, and engines, are too big for regular parcel carriers and ship by freight truck instead. If a part on your order needs freight shipping, we will contact you after checkout to arrange delivery and any difference in shipping cost before anything ships. No surprises, no part ships until you approve it.
