Shipping info

How orders ship, what affects timing, and where to find the binding shipping policy.

How your order ships

Parts orders

Most parts ship through our dropship network of authorized Wacker Neuson and Multiquip warehouses, so a part often ships from whichever stocking location has it closest to you. [OWNER: confirm shipping carriers and typical handling time]

Equipment orders

Machines ship by freight. Once a quote is confirmed, we coordinate freight delivery and confirm a delivery window with you directly. [OWNER: confirm freight partners for equipment]

What affects delivery timing

  • Stock location. Parts dropship from the warehouse that has it, so transit time depends on how far that warehouse is from you.
  • Order cutoff time. [OWNER: confirm daily order cutoff time]
  • Freight scheduling for equipment. Machines are scheduled with a freight carrier after your quote is confirmed, so lead time is quoted case by case.
  • Delivery address. Remote or rural addresses, and any address requiring liftgate or appointment delivery for freight, can add time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email on the order. For freight equipment deliveries, we coordinate the delivery window with you directly rather than a standard parcel tracking link.

This page explains how shipping generally works. For the binding shipping terms, see our shipping policy.
