This oil seal maintains proper lubrication and prevents contaminant entry in the 1700HD vibrator head assembly. Designed with a 9/16" inner diameter and 1 1/8" outer diameter, this seal is engineered specifically for the 1700HD steel head, which measures 1 11/16" (43mm) in diameter, 15" (38cm) in length, and weighs 6.4 lb (2.9 kg). The 1700HD head requires FS series flexible shafts and is compatible with CV2, CV3, BPX, or G55H power units.

When installing or servicing the vibrator head, clean mating part threads with Locquic Primer "T", allow to dry, then apply Loctite No. 271 or equivalent anaerobic sealant to the middle of the casing threads. Note that threads are left-hand; turn counter-clockwise to tighten. Wait 1 hour after assembly before operation. The vibrator head is cooled by concrete during use; do not operate in air for longer than 2 minutes.
