This control board assembly regulates power conversion and frequency output in the FU-162A high frequency concrete vibrator inverter, converting single-phase or three-phase input power to variable frequency output ranging from 100Hz to 240Hz. The board manages critical functions including current control overload protection, input voltage regulation across 100-120V or 220-240V single-phase systems, and maintains proper output to drive high frequency concrete vibrators during pour operations.

Housed within the dust and waterproof enclosure of the FU-162A inverter, this board set controls the relay connections between the input power cable and output receptacles. It coordinates with the external cooling fan to maintain safe operating temperatures during continuous use in ambient conditions from 14°F to 104°F. The board regulates input current of 20A at lower voltages or 14A at higher voltages, managing output kVA between 1.6 and 2.8 depending on phase configuration.
