The backpack frame is the structural foundation of the BPX gasoline-powered concrete vibrator, providing a stable mounting platform for the Honda GXH50 engine and supporting the entire vibrator system during operation. Constructed from lightweight metal alloy, this frame measures 11.0 inches wide by 13.75 inches deep by 27.0 inches tall and features an engine support platform with a swivel base that rotates for improved operator leverage during concrete placement. The frame is equipped with three rubber isolators that mount between the engine and frame structure to significantly reduce vibration transmission to the operator during use.

This frame integrates with the adjustable backpack harness and pad system, distributing the weight of the complete vibrator assembly across the operator's shoulders and back for extended work periods on large retaining walls, bridge decks, and column applications. The swivel base design allows operators to position the engine and drive assembly for optimal balance and control when working with various flexible shaft lengths and vibrating head configurations.
