Multiquip 1555-1 Trowel Arm Lever Left Hand Silver - OEM Replacement Part

The left-hand trowel arm lever controls blade pitch adjustment on Multiquip ride-on power trowels, connecting the pitch adjustment bolt to the trowel arm assembly for precise concrete finishing control. This silver-finished lever mounts to the trowel arm via roll pin connection and works in conjunction with the spider plate assembly to enable real-time blade angle adjustments during operation.

During maintenance procedures, technicians should check trowel arm straightness using a feeler gauge—no more than 0.004" (0.10 mm) clearance should exist between the arm's hex section and a flat test surface. When adjusting trowel arms, Multiquip specifies using adjustment fixture P/N 9177 to achieve consistent 0.010" clearance between the trowel arm adjustment bolt and fixture adjustment bolt. The lever assembly must be properly tensioned with the spring tensioner in correct position to maintain even blade pitch across all arms.

This component is secured with a locking nut on the trowel arm lever that must be loosened during adjustment and tightened after achieving proper pitch settings.
