Multiquip 21547 Panel Access Rear - OEM Replacement Part for Ride-On Trowels

The rear access panel provides critical access to the spider and blade assemblies on Multiquip ride-on trowels, allowing technicians to perform essential maintenance tasks including blade changes, spider plate inspections, and trowel arm adjustments. This panel must be removed to access the components when changing blades, which should all be replaced simultaneously to ensure consistent concrete finishing and prevent machine wobble or bounce.

During blade replacement procedures, this access panel allows technicians to reach the trowel arm bolts and lock washers that secure each blade. Proper access is essential for torquing blade bolts to the specified 9 ft. lbs. and for inspecting trowel arm bushings for wear (maximum 1/8" travel at arm tip).
