The impeller is the critical rotating component inside the pump housing that generates centrifugal force to move water and debris through the system. This ductile iron semi-open impeller features a 2-vane design engineered for enhanced performance and high efficiency in demanding dewatering applications including muddy water, silt, and debris up to 1.0 inch in diameter.

Designed for the QP2TK 2-inch trash pump, this impeller works in conjunction with the cast iron volute and silicon carbide mechanical seal to deliver maximum pumping capacity of 172 gallons per minute with a maximum head of 87 feet. The semi-open impeller design allows solids to pass through while minimizing clogging, making it ideal for manholes, septic tanks, ponds, and construction site dewatering. Ductile iron construction provides superior wear resistance against abrasive materials commonly found in trash pumping applications.
