The front pointer features adjustable positioning to match your cut line. To adjust, lower the assembly, loosen the lock knob, position the pointer rod to align with your desired cut line, and tighten securely. The pointer can be raised and locked in the up position using the pointer cable secured in the cam cleat jaws, allowing for easy transport and storage. The saw's dimensions with the front pointer in the raised position measure 44 inches in height.
