The oil-lubricated tungsten carbide mechanical seal depends on this reservoir to prevent seal failure, maintain pumping efficiency, and protect against costly downtime during demanding water transfer and dewatering operations.

The MQ600H series trash pumps feature oil-lubricated tungsten carbide mechanical seals rated for maximum fluid temperatures up to 104°F.
