Multiquip 36516 QD 2-3V800SDS Pulley - OEM Replacement Part

This QD (Quick Disconnect) pulley drives the eccentric belt system that powers the vibration function in concrete vibrator units. The pulley works with the eccentric countershaft assembly to transfer power from the 5.5 HP Honda engine to the spindle shaft, generating 10,600 RPMs at the vibrator shaft when the engine runs at 3,600 RPM. Proper belt tension is critical—belts should deflect approximately 5-10mm when 5-10 pounds of force is applied centrally between the pulleys.

This pulley is housed within the V-belt housing and protected by the rear belt guard during operation. The eccentric countershaft assembly can be rotated clockwise to adjust belt tension and is locked in place with a locking screw and wing nut. Regular inspection of pulley condition and belt tension is essential during routine maintenance to prevent shaft overload and maintain optimal vibration performance. The belt-driven system must remain properly tensioned to achieve the rated vibrator shaft speed and prevent premature flexible shaft failure.
