Multiquip 45629 Coolant Fill Tank Assembly for Electric Drive System - OEM Replacement Part

The coolant fill tank assembly maintains proper cooling of the electric drive system on ride-on power trowels, holding up to 4 quarts (3.79 liters) of water glycol coolant. This critical component includes an integrated float level switch that communicates with the digital display to alert operators when coolant levels are low, preventing costly damage to the coolant pump and electric drive components.

This assembly must be filled only with prediluted 50/50 antifreeze/coolant meeting GM Dex-Cool specification GM6277M requirements. Daily coolant level checks are essential for proper operation. Running the power float without adequate electric drive coolant, even briefly, will cause immediate damage to the coolant pump and electric drive system components. The tank design allows for easy monitoring and refilling to maintain optimal operating temperature of the drive system.
