Wear plates protect the internal pump housing from abrasive damage caused by sand, gravel, and debris in high-volume trash pumping applications. This set of three OEM wear plates is designed for the MQ600H series 6-inch trash pump, which handles up to 1600 gallons per minute in demanding environments including construction sites, mining operations, flood response, and agricultural drainage. These plates are critical wear components that extend pump life by absorbing the abrasive action of suspended solids before they damage the impeller housing or volute.

The MQ600H trash pump's cast iron body and abrasion-resistant oil-lubricated tungsten/carbide seal work together with these wear plates to maintain maximum pumping capacity in dirty water applications. Regular inspection and replacement of wear plates prevents costly damage to internal components and maintains the pump's maximum head of 150 feet and lift capacity of 25 feet.
