Multiquip 522617 Head Filter Hyd. Mixers - OEM Replacement Part

This 10-micron hydraulic filter protects the hydraulic system in Multiquip plaster and mortar mixers by filtering out small particles that can damage hydraulic motors, pumps, valves, and dump cylinders. Located in the return line of the hydraulic circuit, this filter is a critical maintenance component that prevents contamination from circulating through the system and causing premature wear or component failure.

The hydraulic system on these mixers operates at 1750 PSI and powers the paddle forward/reverse motor as well as the hydraulic dump cylinders. Contaminants in hydraulic fluid can cause scoring on cylinder walls, valve sticking, and reduced pump efficiency.
