Multiquip 802613 Water Tank Lower - OEM Replacement Part

The lower water tank is a critical component of the water suppression system on vibratory ride-on rollers, storing water that is distributed to the drum surfaces to prevent asphalt adhesion during compaction operations. This tank forms the bottom section of the dual-tank water system and must maintain structural integrity to prevent leaks that could compromise dust control and material finish quality.

The AR14H utilizes a total water system capacity of 34 gallons (130 liters) split between upper and lower tanks. The lower tank section houses the water pump mounting assembly and connects to the distribution system via barb fittings. During operation, the water is pressurized by the Shurflo pump (part 805774) and delivered to front and rear drum scraper assemblies. Operators should drain the tank completely during freezing weather conditions to prevent component damage from ice expansion. The tank is accessed by lifting the operator's seat forward, and the tethered cap allows for easy refilling without tools.
