Multiquip 802919 Hydraulic Vibrator Motor Hose - OEM Replacement Part

This hydraulic hose delivers pressurized oil from the manifold control valve block to the hydraulic motor that drives the eccentric weights inside the drum's sealed vibrator housing. In the AR14H system, the gear pump supplies oil through this hose to generate 3,400 lbf (15.1 kN) of centrifugal force at 4,200 vibrations per minute. A failed or leaking vibrator hose results in weak or slow vibration, reduced compaction force, and potential hydraulic oil contamination of the drum assembly.

The vibrator system is controlled by a solenoid in the manifold valve block, activated by the toggle switch on the travel lever. When hydraulic flow is compromised due to hose failure, operators will notice diminished vibratory action even after the machine has warmed up thoroughly. This hose is a critical link in the closed-loop system that powers the drum vibratory motor, and should be inspected regularly for cracks, abrasion, or seepage during routine hydraulic system maintenance.
