This hydraulic hose delivers pressurized oil between the manifold control valve block and hydraulic components in the AR14H ride-on roller's hydrostatic drive and vibratory systems. The AR14H uses a dual hydraulic system: an axial hydrostatic pump controls drum drive motors through ports A and B on the valve block, while a gear pump supplies the vibratory system and articulating steering. Hydraulic hoses in this system must withstand directional flow reversals as the travel lever switches between forward and reverse positions, with port pressure alternating based on direction.

Failed or degraded hydraulic hoses can cause weak vibration, slow drum response, or loss of travel control—symptoms that may appear similar to low hydraulic oil levels.
