Multiquip 802927 Hydraulic Axle Pump Hose - OEM Replacement Part

This hydraulic hose connects the axial hydraulic pump to the gear pump that powers both the drum vibratory system and articulating steering system on Multiquip ride-on rollers. The axial pump supplies high-pressure hydraulic oil that flows through this hose to the manifold control valve block, where it's distributed to the vibratory motors and steering components. A failed or leaking hose will result in loss of hydraulic pressure, causing reduced vibration performance, steering malfunction, or complete system failure.

The hydraulic system operates bidirectionally depending on travel lever position—port A carries high-pressure oil during forward travel while port B handles return flow, with roles reversing during reverse operation. This hose must maintain integrity under continuous pressure cycling and exposure to hydraulic fluid and heat. Inspect regularly for signs of wear, cracking, bulging, or seepage at connection points during routine maintenance intervals.
