Multiquip 805774 Water Pump Spray - OEM Replacement Part

This Shurflo water pump powers the sprinkler system on Multiquip vibratory rollers, providing pressurized water flow to the spray bar for wetting the drum during asphalt pavement rolling operations. The pump is a critical component of the 34-gallon capacity water system that prevents asphalt from adhering to the roller drum during compaction work.

Part of the Water Pump Kit (521719) designed for AR14H models with serial numbers 160815 and below, this pump installs using the front mounting plate assembly with four 3/8" nyloc nuts and includes barb fittings for water line connections. The system operates independently from the hydraulic circuit, which is powered by separate gear and axial hydraulic pumps that handle the vibratory and steering functions.

Installation requires a ratchet and socket set, wire cutters, and 3/16" allen wrench. The pump mounts to the front mounting plate (521721) and connects via 90-degree barb fittings (805805) for proper water flow routing.
