Multiquip 807690 Drum & Shaft Assembly - OEM Replacement Part for Stationary Mixers

The drum and shaft assembly is the core mixing component of your PRO20 hydraulic mixer, consisting of the 20 cubic foot capacity mixing drum with thick 1/4-inch drum wrap and 3/8-inch reinforced ends, plus the complete paddle shaft with integrated seals. This assembly handles the direct contact with mortar, plaster, and other abrasive mixing materials, and requires replacement when drum wear becomes excessive, shaft seals fail to prevent material infiltration, or when buildup cannot be removed through normal cleaning procedures.

The PRO20 drum features a built-in spill plate design that directs excess material back into the tub to minimize waste during mixing operations. Shaft seals are equipped with Zerk grease fittings at each end of the mixing drum for proper maintenance. The drum must be cleaned immediately after each use by rotating to the dump position, removing debris, and spraying the interior with water while in an upright position to prevent dried mortar or plaster buildup on blades and drum surfaces that can contaminate future batches.
