This complete O-ring and gasket set provides all the critical seals needed when servicing the impeller and pump casing assembly on Multiquip submersible water pumps. During impeller removal and replacement procedures, technicians must replace the o-ring between the inlet plate and base plate, along with gaskets at the oil fill chamber port, to maintain proper sealing and prevent water intrusion into the mechanical seal oil chamber.

The set includes replacement seals for the base plate, inlet plate, and strainer assembly—components that must be removed when accessing the impeller for wear inspection or replacement. Multiquip specifications call for impeller clearance between 0.011-0.019 inches; when servicing beyond these tolerances, all seals should be replaced to ensure the oil chamber maintains its 40 oz. (1,200 cc) VG32 lubrication oil capacity at 75-80% fill level.
