Multiquip B3110100202 Rotor Assembly DCA-45USI - OEM Replacement Part for Super Silent Generators

The rotor assembly is the rotating component of the generator's alternator system, creating the magnetic field necessary to generate electrical power. This critical component spins at 1,800 RPM within the stator windings to produce 45 kVA prime output (36 kW) across three-phase and single-phase configurations. When the rotor assembly fails, symptoms include loss of voltage output, unstable power generation, abnormal vibration, or complete generator shutdown.

This rotor assembly is engineered for revolving field, self-ventilated synchronous generators operating at 60 Hz. It maintains proper armature connection in star configuration with neutral zigzag, supporting voltage outputs of 240V/480V three-phase and 240/120V single-phase configurations.
