The voltage change-over board is a critical electrical component that enables voltage selection and configuration for the DCA-400SSK series super silent generators. This OEM control board allows technicians to configure a wide range of output voltages for both single-phase and three-phase applications by applying jumpers to the board, making it essential for adapting generator output to specific job site requirements.

Located on the control box behind the generator in DCA-400SSV models, this board controls voltage outputs including 3Ø configurations of 208V, 220V, 240V, 416V, 440V, and 480V, as well as 1Ø outputs of 120V, 127V, 139V, 240V, 254V, and 277V at 60 Hz frequency. The board works in conjunction with the voltage regulator (VR) control knob for fine voltage adjustments. During installation, the voltage change-over board tie bolt torque specification is 554.9 lbf∙in (62.7 N∙m) to ensure proper mounting and electrical contact.
