Multiquip EM201537 Dump Lever - OEM Replacement Part for Plaster Mortar Mixers

The dump lever operates the tilting mechanism that allows operators to empty mixed plaster or mortar from the mixing drum on Multiquip plaster/mortar mixers. This critical control component engages the dumping mechanism at the drum's pivot points, which are lubricated via zerk fittings that should be greased at least once per maintenance cycle. The lever provides mechanical advantage to safely tip the heavy drum forward for material discharge after mixing is complete.

During normal operation, the drum must remain level during mixing and can only be tipped when the drum has stopped rotating. The dump lever works in conjunction with the pivot assembly to control this operation. Worn or damaged dump levers can compromise your ability to safely empty the mixer, leading to material spillage or operator strain. Regular inspection of the dump mechanism is essential, especially on high-use mixers handling 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 bag batches in the 12 cubic foot drum capacity.
