Multiquip M200000 Blade Guard Collar Assembly - OEM Replacement Part for Saws

This blade guard collar assembly mounts the blade guard to the CS7060 Stow Saw using Multiquip's tapered mounting clip system, which settles into position during operation to provide a rigid, rattle-free fit. The assembly is critical for safe saw operation and allows the blade guard to be mounted on either side of the saw to accommodate different cutting jobs.

The tapered design locks the guard in place through the weight of the guard itself, eliminating rattling and maintaining proper alignment with the blade shaft and water delivery system. During installation, the guard slides straight downward to engage the tapered mounting clip. For removal, the water delivery hose must be disconnected first, then the guard is rocked back and forth with upward pressure to release the tapered lock. The CS7060 specifications indicate compatibility with blade guards ranging from 16-36 inches (406mm-914mm) and maximum blade diameters up to 36 inches (914mm).
