The voltage selector switch enables operators to configure output voltage on Multiquip WhisperWatt super silent generators, switching between three-phase 240/139V, three-phase 480/277V, and single-phase 240/120V configurations. This critical component on the output terminal panel allows field technicians to match generator output to specific job site electrical requirements without rewiring. On the DCA70SSIU4F series, the switch controls access to multiple voltage configurations including 208Y/120V, 220Y/127V, 240Y/139V for three-phase low voltage settings, 416Y/240V, 440Y/254V, 480Y/277V for three-phase high voltage settings, and 240/120V for single-phase operation. When the selector is positioned at single-phase 240/120V, the generator provides up to 44 kW standby output (40 kW prime) at unity power factor. In three-phase configurations, the unit delivers 62 kW standby (56 kW prime) at 0.8 power factor.
