This 10 Amp fuse protects individual electrical circuits within the fuse box, chassis fuse box, and wiring harness assemblies on a wide range of Wacker Neuson equipment. Sized at 10 Amps, it safeguards circuits such as brakes and neutralizer, gauges and horn, vibration system, backup alarm and beacon, hour meter, water spray system, flasher, and keyswitch, as documented in the RD27-100 and RD27-120 service manuals. The fuse compartment on those roller models is located on the right side of the control console, accessible by removing four screws and the cover.
If a fuse blows, replace it immediately. If the newly installed fuse also blows, inspect and repair the circuit before returning the machine to service. Running electrical components without proper fuse protection risks damage to the wiring harness and connected systems.
This fuse fits at the following assembly locations: chassis fuse box, fuse box, fuse box cabin, fuse box chassis, main wiring harness, and wiring harness or battery assemblies including Tier 4 Final configurations.
