This carburetor float set fits inside the carburetor bowl assembly on a wide range of Wacker Neuson gasoline-powered equipment, regulating fuel level within the carburetor to maintain proper air-fuel mixture delivery to the engine. The float pivots on its hinge pin inside the carburetor body, rising and falling with fuel level to open and close the needle valve that controls fuel flow from the tank. A worn, punctured, or fuel-saturated float will sit lower than its specified position, allowing the carburetor to overfill, resulting in rich running conditions, hard starting, fuel flooding, or black smoke from the exhaust. Replacing the float set restores correct needle valve actuation and stable fuel metering.
This set installs in the carburetor assembly across multiple Wacker Neuson machine families, including vibratory plates, reversible plates, walk-behind trowels, floor saws, trash pumps, portable generators, walk-behind rollers, and truss screeds.
