This engine wiring harness connects the full electrical circuit between the engine and generator control system in the Electrical cpl. assembly of Wacker Neuson G25 and G35 mobile generators. The harness carries all critical signal and power circuits that allow the generator to start, run, and shut down, including battery positive and negative feeds, remote start input, E-stop signal, fuel level sender signal, cold crank delay, run/fuel output, crank output, and remote annunciator lines.
According to Wacker Neuson wiring documentation for the G25 generator family, the engine wiring harness integrates with a full set of control and protection components: the engine control module, safety interlock switch, emergency stop switch, starter relay, intake heater relay, main circuit breaker, shunt, alternator, starter, fuel level sender, run/off/auto switch, 10A fuse, and terminal block. The harness connects through two dedicated plugs, Plug 1 for engine sender inputs and Plug 2 for engine start outputs, providing a structured multi-circuit interface to the control panel. Wire functions include battery feeds on references 18 and 53, remote start on reference 60, E-stop on reference 61, fuel level on reference 62, crank on reference 63, run/fuel on reference 64, and remote annunciator on references 73 and 75.
