This wire harness provides the standard trailer lighting wiring circuit for the trailer lights assembly on compatible Wacker Neuson mobile generators and hydronic heaters. It routes electrical signals from the machine to trailer-mounted lights, supporting functions including turn indicators, brake lights, rear running lights, and reversing lights through a multi-conductor wiring layout.
The harness uses color-coded conductors to maintain correct circuit identification across all trailer lighting functions. Individual circuits within a standard trailer wiring harness of this type carry signals for left and right turn indicators, brake lights, rear fog light, rear lights left and right, reversing light, earth, and trailer detection, each routed through dedicated pins at the connector interfaces. Wire cross sections are sized to match the current demands of trailer lighting loads.
Installing a fresh harness corrects issues caused by damaged insulation, corroded pin connections, broken conductors, or failed grounds that result in non-functioning trailer lights, blown fuses, or erratic turn signal behavior. Proper trailer lighting function is required for legal road transport of equipment on public roads.
