Multiquip 1242646 Hydraulic Block - OEM Replacement Part

The hydraulic block serves as the central control manifold for the RX1575 trench roller's hydraulic systems, directing hydraulic flow to steering pistons, vibration motors, and travel motors. This valve block mounts directly to the chassis and integrates multiple hydraulic circuits including steering control (left and right steering pistons at B3 and A3 connections), vibration motor control for both high and low amplitude operation, and return flow routing through the oil cooler and filter system.

The valve block features integral pressure drain valves with specific settings: vibration pressure drain valve calibrated to minimum 210 bar / maximum 230 bar, and steering pressure drain valve set at minimum 60 bar / maximum 75 bar (values measured at engine speeds between 2380-2430 rpm). Connection points include T1 return flow routing, T2 tank line to travel pump, T3 leaked oil from travel motors, and multiple A and B series connections for vibration and steering circuits. Removal requires lifting the valve block from the chassis after disconnecting hydraulic hoses; the bottom plate must be cleaned of hydraulic oil and dirt before installing a replacement unit.
