Multiquip 18024-001 Belt/Clutch Housing Machined - OEM Replacement Part for Concrete Vibrators

This machined belt and clutch housing encloses the pulley system and V-belts that drive the vibration function of gasoline concrete vibrators, protecting critical drive components while allowing access for belt tensioning and maintenance. The housing works in conjunction with front and rear belt guards to prevent contact with moving pulleys and belts during operation at speeds up to 10,600 RPM.

The G55H vibrator utilizes an eccentric countershaft assembly for belt tension adjustment. Proper belt tension is critical—belts should deflect approximately 5-10mm when 5-10 pounds of force is applied centrally between pulleys. The housing provides access points for rotating the eccentric countershaft clockwise to achieve proper tension, then securing it with the locking screw and wing nut. This machined aluminum housing is designed to withstand the constant vibration and stress generated by the 5.5 HP Honda engine driving the vibrator head at 3,600 engine RPM.
