The Lock Assembly Vibrator Case Adapter secures the flexible shaft casing to the vibrator head assembly, preventing loosening during high-vibration concrete consolidation operations. This critical connection component ensures the head remains tightly attached to the flexible shaft casing during operation, maintaining proper torque transfer and preventing equipment failure or hazardous disconnection during use.

This lock assembly is engineered for use with Multiquip gasoline concrete vibrators where the flexible shaft connects to the eccentric bell via quick disconnect coupling. During installation, the threads utilize a left-hand configuration (counter-clockwise to tighten) and should be secured with Loctite No.271 anaerobic sealant applied to the middle of the casing threads. After tightening the head to the flexible shaft casing, allow one hour for the threadlocker to cure before operating the vibrator. This assembly is essential for maintaining the integrity of the vibrator connection during the high-RPM operation required for effective concrete compaction.
