This quick-disconnect coupling connects the 382V flexible shaft to the eccentric bell end of the G55H gasoline vibrator, enabling rapid shaft connection and removal without tools. The coupling features three tapered lock pin holes that secure the shaft assembly during operation. To install, pull up on the lock pin, slide the shaft and quick disconnect assembly into the eccentric end bell, release the lock pin, and twist the shaft assembly to ensure the lock pin is properly seated in one of the three tapered holes.

The 382V Q.D coupling is engineered for use with 382V flexible shafts on concrete vibration applications, supporting vibrator heads rated at 1400, 1700, and 2100 vib/min depending on shaft length. This coupling is a critical component of the vibrator drive system, housed within the eccentric bell that supports the spindle shaft and upper pulley driving the vibration function.
