The frame serves as the structural foundation for the MC94SK/MC94PK concrete mixer, providing critical support for the 9 cu. ft. drum assembly, Kohler CH395 9.5 HP gasoline engine, and all operational components. This heavy-duty welded steel frame is engineered to handle the 755 lb. operational weight and the dynamic stresses of continuous concrete mixing operations. The frame design accommodates the mixer's overall dimensions of 103 inches length, 63 inches height, and 51 inches width, while maintaining structural integrity during transport and operation.

Frame inspection is critical during routine maintenance intervals. Check all mounting hardware on the frame before starting operations and periodically inspect all hardware connections. Loose hardware can contribute to early component failure and poor performance.
