These machines operate at blade RPMs of 132 to 180 depending on model and configuration, and carry working weights ranging from 185 lbs (75 kg) up to 260 lbs (118 kg) for the B446 MEGA-T. At those operating loads and speeds, bushings are critical wear components, they maintain alignment, reduce metal-on-metal contact, and absorb the mechanical stresses transmitted through the trowel's rotating assembly.
