Providing the structural backbone of the electrical enclosure on Bartell ride-on floor scrapers, the uni-frame back panel serves as the mounting surface for all critical electrical components, contactors, trips, switches, and wiring, keeping them organized, protected, and properly positioned for safe machine operation. When this panel becomes cracked, corroded, or dimensionally compromised from jobsite impact or moisture exposure, it can cause misaligned component mounting, poor grounding continuity, and unsafe electrical enclosure conditions that take a machine out of service.
This OEM replacement panel is designed to the exact specifications of the original Bartell Global assembly. On Bartell electrical panel assemblies, the back panel is the foundation to which all control components are fixed, including contactors, isolators, overloads, start/stop switches, timers, and cable glands. Proper fit is critical: an imprecise aftermarket substitute can cause mounting holes to misalign, leading to vibration-induced component failure or compromised ingress protection.
