This 100-gallon polyethylene DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) storage tank provides automatic replenishment of diesel engine on-board DEF systems, ensuring continuous SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) operation for emissions compliance. Designed for the DEFTANK1 system, this tank features a heavy-duty galvanized skid base with integrated forklift pockets and tie-downs for secure transport and positioning.

The tank operates on 12 VDC at 5.0 amps and delivers DEF at 0.75 gpm (2.83 lpm) through a 25-foot external hose housed in a lockable front compartment. Maximum fluid pressure is rated at 5 psi (34.4 kPa). The system includes Parker controller integration for DEF level monitoring, automatic purging of supply lines, and fault detection via CANBUS communication. The unit weighs 1,210 lb. dry and 2,110 lb. when filled, and complies with ISO-2224 DEF fluid standards.

Features include an easy-access drain port for serviceability, optional 1500-watt heating pad receptacle (120 VAC) for cold weather operation to prevent DEF freezing, and compatibility with DEF adapter kits for external DEF capability on DCA-series generators. Can be upgraded to DEFTANK2 configuration using the DEFTANK2KIT.
